My name is Sandrine Grelet, here they usually call me "San" or "Sandra" :))

I was born in a small town on the French Atlantic Coast.

I arrived in Spain a little over 20 years ago with the dream of eating and seeing the world. I worked as Manager in several international tourism companies for more than 15 years with the firm idea that it was my goal in life; I worked hours, hours and more hours... until one day in January 2010 when life stopped me cold due to a serious traffic accident.

It was surely one of the best gifts that life gave me, not because of the fact itself, but because of the wonderful consequences that this brought me in the following years.

In 2011, I woke up and started on my path of personal growth.

I decided to get professional training in some of the therapies that helped me recover my mental and physical well-being; carry out multiple trainings such as: Reiki, Chiromassage, Bach Flowers, NLP, Leadership, Gestalt Therapy and Theater, Family Systems, Personal and Professional Coaching, Expert in Bioenergetic Acupuncture and Moxibustion among other.

Since then I have dedicated myself to accompanying people both physically and emotionally.

The well-being and happiness of my clients is the reason for my work, and for this reason I guarantee quality therapeutic guidance and care services that are tailored to their needs.

My heart's desire is to provide a variety of specialized therapy services to those dealing with difficult life experiences. The well-being of my patients is my highest priority and I invest the necessary effort to help them overcome all their obstacles.

I use effective therapy methods to induce self-awareness in my clients and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life. Since I opened my practice in 2015 in Palma de Mallorca, I have provided a wide variety of physical and emotional wellness services to my clients.
My services are personalized to be able to deal with any situation they are going through: from professional circumstances to personal, family or partner emotional blockages.
Due to my holistic vision of therapies, I also complement my therapies with manual techniques such as chiromassage, reiki, among others.

Neuro Linguistic Programming is a discipline that tries to explain how our brain works and define its mental patterns, making it easier for us to understand ourselves and allowing us to change them using certain techniques with the aim of optimizing our communication skills.

According to Dr Bach Theory, physical illnesses have an emotional origin, and if emotional conflicts persist for a long time, the illness of the body begins to appear.

However, restoring emotional balance resolves the physical illness. It was in this way that he developed Emotional Therapy.

The set consists of 38 flowers divided in turn into seven groups that treat: fears, lack of interest, uncertainty, loneliness, hypersensitivity, external ideas, despair, and excessive concern for others.
